Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
Salary: $115,000 – $140,000 annually + sign-on bonus eligible

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner to provide primary and acute healthcare services to patients. The FNP will deliver comprehensive care, health education, and clinical services consistent with the Family Nurse Practitioner scope of practice.
Responsibilities

Provide primary and acute health care to patients in accordance with approved clinical protocols.

Document clinic visits and all patient communications accurately in medical records.

Review initial and follow-up lab results and diagnostic tests.

Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient care.

Participate in staff and provider meetings.

Participate in on-call rotations as required.

Attend relevant trainings and conferences to maintain clinical knowledge.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.

National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

State license to practice in the expanded nursing role.

Prescriptive authority (or eligibility to obtain) in the state of practice.

Certified in Basic Life Support (CPR).
