Primary Care Physician, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant
Full-Time | Providence, RI
Salary: up to $260,000 for physicians, up to $160k for NPs/PAs

We are seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician to join a mission-driven team focused on providing comprehensive and inclusive care to a diverse patient population, including members of the LGBTQ+ and Latinx communities.
This role offers a strong work-life balance, meaningful scope of practice, and a collaborative team environment. The ideal candidate is committed to culturally congruent and affirming care.
Key Details:

Schedule:
• Monday 10 AM – 7 PM
• Tuesday–Friday 8 AM – 5 PM
• No shift work – your day ends after your final patient
• On-call rotation every 7–8 weeks (light volume)
• 4 patient-facing days + 1 admin day (admin day may be remote but requires availability for meetings and phone) -
Patient Population:
• Average patient age is 33
• Focus on primary care, gender-affirming care, and sexual health
• Strong emphasis on LGBTQ+ and Latinx community care
Preferred Qualifications:

Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Med-Peds

Rhode Island Medical License (or eligibility)

Experience in:
• Primary Care
• Gender-Affirming Care
• Sexual Health (HIV, STIs) -
EMR proficiency (Athenahealth preferred)

Bilingual (Spanish or Portuguese) highly desirable
