Law firm is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee daily operations and administrative functions. This role partners closely with firm leadership to ensure efficient operations and strong team performance.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative functions

Collaborate with firm leadership and vendors to maintain efficient office and facility operations

Assist with budgeting and help monitor financial performance

Partner with IT, Facilities, HR, and Finance on payroll, recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance management

Supervise and support office staff, including legal assistants, paralegals, clerical staff, and reception

Manage purchasing, inventory, and budget adherence
-
Promote firm policies, procedures, and workplace culture
Qualifications
-
5+ years of office management experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment

Proven leadership and staff supervision experience

Strong organizational, financial, and communication skills

High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment
