Clinical Director of Adult Medicine (Physician)
Salary: $270,000–$300,000 (depending on experience)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Director of Adult Medicine to provide clinical leadership and care in an adult primary care setting. This role combines direct patient care with administrative responsibilities, overseeing a team of physicians and advanced practice providers, and helping shape the future direction of the practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive medical care to adult patients, managing chronic conditions and acute illnesses.
- Direct and supervise a team of physicians and APRNs, including mentoring, training, and professional development.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement policies and practices that improve clinical performance, efficiency, and quality of care.
- Provide clinical supervision and mentoring for students, interns, or residents as needed.
- Lead or support clinical programs such as chronic disease management initiatives (e.g., diabetes, geriatric care).
- Ensure compliance with quality assurance, patient safety, and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation, patient communication, and treatment plans in alignment with professional and ethical standards.
- Serve as a clinical role model and provide guidance to nursing, medical assistant, and administrative staff.
Qualifications:
- MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in a primary care specialty
- Valid state medical license and DEA license
- BLS and ACLS certification
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in adult primary care with clinical leadership or administrative oversight
- Strong commitment to patient care and ethical practice
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills
