Salary: $250,000–$275,000 (depending on experience)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Internal Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive medical care to adult patients. The role involves managing chronic conditions, diagnosing and treating acute illnesses, and ensuring continuity of care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient-centered medical care in accordance with professional and ethical standards, including documentation and treatment planning.

• Participate in on-call rotations and provide care in acute care settings as appropriate, including backup coverage for other primary care providers.

• Ensure holistic care by coordinating with specialists and interdisciplinary team members, including behavioral health, dental, and other care providers.

• Identify and respond to high-risk situations, including reporting to relevant agencies when required.

• Contribute to clinical operations planning, including addressing community health needs, epidemiological trends, and access issues.

• Participate in quality assurance, preventive health initiatives, and patient education.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in a primary care specialty

• Valid state medical license and DEA license

• BLS and ACLS certification

• Strong community health/public health orientation and patient care management experience

• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
