Pay: $23–$25/hour

Some of the things you’ll be working on include:

• Setting leasing and marketing strategy for the property.

• Resident communications to ensure the highest satisfaction during the application and renewal process.

• Touring apartments with prospects and adhering to thorough follow-up procedures.

• Leasing and pre-leasing apartments.

• Completing applications and lease/renewal documents.

• Reviewing vacancies, walking tour paths, and maintaining model apartments.

• Assisting management with resident relations.

• Making and maintaining relationships with industry partners and brokers.

• Maintaining weekly leasing reports and monthly market surveys.

• Analyzing the market, competition, and occupancy trends to identify opportunities and risks.

• Recommending and tracking marketing avenues, overseeing marketing campaigns, and monitoring traffic results.

• Updating the website and marketing sites proactively and as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of residential leasing and 1 years minimum of leasing management in a luxury residential environment.

• Possession of an active real estate salesperson license, or ability to obtain within 6 months of employment.

• Knowledge of rent stabilization laws.

• Strong follow-through and problem-solving skills.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, presentation, and organization skills.

• A strong work ethic and commitment to meet deadlines.

• Working knowledge of social media and communication technology platforms.

• A big plus: Yardi and On-site experience.

• Hours 9-6, 6 days a week, Saturdays
