Leasing Associate

Pay: $23–$25/hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and executing leasing and marketing strategies for the property

• Maintain consistent communication with residents to ensure a high level of satisfaction throughout the application and renewal process

• Conduct apartment tours for prospective residents and follow up thoroughly

• Lease and pre-lease apartment homes

• Complete rental applications, lease agreements, and renewal documentation

• Monitor vacancies, walk tour paths, and maintain model units

• Support management with resident relations and issue resolution

• Build and maintain relationships with industry partners and brokers

• Prepare weekly leasing reports and monthly market surveys

• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and occupancy data to identify opportunities and risks

• Recommend and track marketing initiatives, oversee campaigns, and monitor traffic results

• Update property websites and marketing platforms as needed

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of residential leasing experience, including at least 1 year in a luxury residential setting

• Active real estate salesperson license, or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire

• Familiarity with rent stabilization laws

• Strong follow-through and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and organizational skills

• Strong work ethic with the ability to meet deadlines

• Proficiency with social media and communication platforms

• Experience with Yardi and On-Site is a plus

Additional Information:

• Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 6 days per week (including Saturdays)
