Recertification Specialist – $25/hour

We have partnered with a 300 unit scattered site HUD & LIHTC portfolio in Downtown Buffalo who is in need of 2 Recertification Specialists

The position will pay $25/hour with a schedule of 830am – 5pm Mon-Fri.  The position’s main responsibility will be to oversee the portfolio’s Recertification process.

Previous experience processing verifications, performing calculations, handing out rental calculation notices, and working with EIVs is necessary for this position.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is necessary in this position

• Demonstrate an ability to support and contribute to the community team.

Qualifications:

• Previous recertification experience
• Tax credit and HUD background
• Excellent communication skills
• Organized with keen attention to detail
• Skilled in Realpage
