HR Generalist
Salary: $65,000 – $70,000
A healthcare organization is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support a variety of human resources functions in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with managers on employee relations and performance management
- Administer leaves of absence and support benefits programs
- Conduct investigations and assist with employee disciplinary matters
- Coordinate onboarding and new hire orientation
- Support recruitment activities and ATS management
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR policies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 6+ years of Human Resources experience
- Experience with employee relations, leaves, investigations, onboarding, and benefits
- Proficiency with HRIS and applicant tracking systems
- SHRM certification preferred
Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday-Friday
- Hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
- Approximately 20% local travel required
