QA Inspector

Hours 7am-4pm – OT is welcome – Can come in at 6am – saturday OT is welcome as well 

Pay $22/hr

Responsibilities

• The ideal QA Inspector will perform examinations and quality control inspections on products, materials, and components throughout production
• Verify compliance with quality, reliability, and specification requirements.
• This includes visual inspections of IVD aluminum coated and painted parts.
• Additional responsibilities include completing inspection documentation, reporting acceptance or rejection, identifying process inefficiencies or quality issues and escalating them to the Director of Quality,

Requirments
•Secondary Certificate/High School Diploma or equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience that will allow successful performance of job expectations.
•2-5 years of inspection experience (Aviation industry experience required)
•Self-motivated and Problem-Solver attitude
•Verifiable ability to read, understand and interpret complex part drawings
•Strong Attention to detail and proactive communicator
•Capable of working with minimal supervision
•Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
•Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to work effectively in a team environment;
•Experience with Quality Assurance systems and standards (AS9100, Nadcap, Military)
•Experience with regulatory conformity inspections (FAA, Government)
