Compensation: $57-85k based on experience
Schedule: 32 hours/week | Monday–Thursday 8:30am–5:30pm, Friday 9:30am–5:30pm

About the Role
A community health organization is seeking a Float Registered Nurse (RN) to provide professional nursing care across multiple departments, including Adult Medicine, Pediatrics/Adolescent, and Women’s Health. This position rotates between departments and supports quality initiatives. All experience levels welcome.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care across assigned departments in accordance with established clinical standards
- Assess patient needs and provide education as appropriate within a multidisciplinary team
- Perform all basic routine nursing activities, including medication administration and management, patient education, and infection prevention compliance
- Triage patients presenting on a walk-in, urgent care, or telephonic basis using sound clinical judgment
- Maintain accurate documentation using electronic health records systems
- Uphold the highest standards of patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and applicable regulations
Requirements
- Current, active RN licensure in the applicable state
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- CPR Certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
- Solid foundation in professional nursing theory and practice
- Ability to provide culturally competent care to diverse patient populations
- Strong communication skills and comfort working with patients of all ages
- Proficiency with EHR/computer systems
- At least one year of professional nursing experience preferred
