Nurse Manager (RN) – Pediatrics (up to age 25)
Compensation: $85-125k based on experience
Full-Time | Onsite
What You’ll Do
- Lead and supervise a team of nurses, medical assistants, and care coordination staff
- Oversee day-to-day clinical workflows, triage, and staffing operations
- Develop and monitor compliance with departmental policies, procedures, and protocols
- Manage medication storage, administration, and vaccine program oversight
- Supervise point-of-care and CLIA-waived testing
- Coordinate care with physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants
- Support quality improvement initiatives and regulatory compliance
- Provide direct patient care as needed
What You’ll Need
- Active Connecticut RN license
- Associates degree in nursing (Bachelors preferred)
- 7+ years of RN experience in an acute or outpatient setting preferred
- 2+ years in a supervisory capacity preferred
- CPR certification (or eligible within 90 days)
- Experience with diverse patient populations
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
