Duties

• Develop detailed project plans including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation using construction management software such as Sage 100, Monday.com, Dropbox.
• Coordinate and oversee all phases of remodeling projects from initial design schematics to final walkthrough.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure project specifications are met accurately,
• Manage project timelines through effective project scheduling and time management techniques.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to facilitate clear communication and project coordination. daily job logs.
• Monitor construction site activities to ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and quality expectations.
• Utilize tools like Sage 100, Monday.com, Construction management software for documentation, tracking progress, and reporting.
• Prepare and review construction estimates, change orders, and contracts to control costs and scope changes.
• Address project issues proactively by troubleshooting problems related to scheduling delays or resource shortages, problem solver.
• Ensure all projects are completed on time while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction management or project coordination within remodeling or general contracting environments.
• 10 years min in residential pm
• Proficiency in industry-standard software including Sage 100, Monday.com, Dropbox SmartDraw and other construction management tools.
• Strong knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and contract administration.
• Excellent project scheduling skills with a focus on time management to meet deadlines efficiently.
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately for project execution.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing construction sites safely while maintaining quality standards.
• Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, teams, and stakeholders, keeping upfront a happy client.
• Relevant certifications or experience in civil engineering or related fields are preferred but not mandatory. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional eager to lead innovative remodeling projects while advancing their career in construction management.
