Clinic hiring for contract FNP or PA
Hours: M-F either 5x8s or 4x10s, one Saturday per month
Responsibilities:
- Provides ongoing high quality primary care to clients.
- Performs clinical procedures competently.
- Works collaboratively with members of the interdisciplinary team members providing medical support and consultation as necessary.
- Maintains and documents the problem oriented medical record accurately after each client visit and monitors health maintenance checks of patient panel.
- Sick and urgent care visits
- Annual physicals and check ups
- Referrals to specialists as needed
Requirements:
- APRN: Graduate of an accredited Master of Science in Nursing program with a specialty as afamily nurse practitioner.
- PA: Graduate of an accredited Master program in the study of physician assistant.
- Current American Heart Association BLS/AED
- Infection Control Certification
