Job: Project Manager
Temp to hire or direct hire DOE.
31-48/hr on temp, 65k-100k salary range on perm

Project Manager
West Haven, CT
- Salary $65,000+ DOE
- MUST have 3-5 years experience of management or supervision in the demolition or environmental remediation field (Asbestos Removal, Lead Removal, Hazardous Waste Disposal, Contaminated Soils excavation)
- Experience in select demolition, full demolition, industrial demolition
- Able to read blueprints, work with excel, clearstory, building connected
- Able to interact with clients and subcontractors
- Understand the change order process for commercial construction
- Able to schedule projects from start to completion
- Closeout project including paperwork and documentation closeout
- Interact with regulatory agencies as needed
- Ability to manage multi discipline projects with varying schedule requirements
- Be able to reply to emails
- Hours 8-5
…Pay Statement and Pay Transparency Laws: rate of pay listed is on a per hour basis. You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
