Pulmonary Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA)
Location: Southeastern Massachusetts
A well-established, physician-led multispecialty medical group is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its growing Pulmonary/Critical Care team. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced Pulmonary-Critical Care physicians in a collaborative environment that combines outpatient care with inpatient pulmonary consults.
This role is ideal for an experienced APP, though strong new graduates with relevant clinical experience may also be considered.
Position Highlights

Full-time, Monday-Friday schedule

No nights or weekends

Combination of outpatient clinic and inpatient pulmonary consults

Weekly rotation between office-based care and hospital rounding

Collaborative, supportive practice with strong clinical leadership
Responsibilities

Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with a variety of pulmonary conditions

Provide outpatient pulmonary care in a specialty clinic setting

Perform inpatient pulmonary consults and hospital rounding
-
Collaborate closely with Pulmonary/Critical Care physicians and multidisciplinary teams

Document patient encounters using electronic medical records
-
Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while promoting positive outcomes
Please note: This is not a dedicated ICU or Critical Care position, and the APP will not provide direct patient care in the intensive care unit.
Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program

Active or eligible Massachusetts NP or PA license
-
DEA registration (or ability to obtain)

Massachusetts Controlled Substances Registration (or ability to obtain)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care

New graduates with relevant clinical experience are encouraged to apply
