Warehouse Associate
Pay: $20/hour
Location: Marlborough, MA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Requirements: Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Responsibilities
- Use barcode scanners and inventory systems to manage product flow
- Operate computerized weight-count scales and label printers
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment following detailed instructions
- Load and unload trucks; break down large lots into smaller units
- Utilize warehouse tools and machinery while following safety and quality standards
- Maintain inventory records using warehouse management system interfaces
- Perform cycle counts, quality checks, and other inventory control tasks
- Review and fulfill customer orders to meet shipping schedules
- Assemble shipping documentation and prepare pallets/boxes with proper labeling
- Report overages, shortages, and quality issues to management
- Communicate with customers and sales representatives to resolve questions or concerns
- Support warehouse initiatives to improve processes and productivity
- Handle special shipments and expedite freight as needed
- Drive a box truck for deliveries (if applicable), following all safety procedures
- Assist with annual inventory counts and stock transfers
- Read and interpret transaction records to locate and process orders
- Maintain compliance with standard operating procedures and work instructions
- Support Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) processes and documentation
- Perform special handling of urgent (“HOT”) freight items
- Help maintain general warehouse cleanliness
- Other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
- Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
- Current forklift operator license/certification (preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
