Customer Support Representative
Location: Andover, MA
Hours: Full-time; Monday – Friday 8:15 am – 4:30pm
 
Job Description:

• Process insurance policies, including new submissions, updates, changes, and renewals, maintaining accurate files.
• Support agents and underwriters with data, quotes, and escalations requiring approval.
• Maintain organized records, including correspondence, endorsements, and policy documents.
• Review premiums, policy changes, renewal questionnaires, and reports for accuracy.
• Track tasks, provide customer support, and perform other duties as needed.

 
Job Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
• Mathematical and data entry skills
• Ability to problem solve and work independently
• Detail-orientation
• Insurance experience (Preferred)

Pay Rate:
•          $23/ hour
…Pay Statement and Pay Transparency Laws: rate of pay listed is on a per hour basis. You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
