Temp to Hire
The Manager is looking for someone with formidable HVAC experience (EPA or CFC certification) who can help with Apartment Turnovers and General Work Orders
Schedule: 8am – 5pm Monday-Friday
Pay: $24/hour
Responsibilities:
- Maintenance Techs are responsibilities for ensuring apartments are move-in ready, general clean up around the property and completing work orders.
- Light Plumbing (leaky faucets, snaking drains, installing new toilets, caulking)
- Light Electrical (changing fixtures, switches)
- Painting
- Drywall Patching
- Clean Up
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
• Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Ability to handle physical workload
…Pay Statement and Pay Transparency Laws: rate of pay listed is on a per hour basis. You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
