Maintenance Technician

Temp to Hire

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM On-call coverage includes all day Mon-Fri + Saturday and Sunday 188 units split between 2 maintenance staff

Pay: $21/hr, $100 flat per week on call + hourly rate if called in for work

Responsibilities: 

• Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks across the property
• Respond quickly and professionally to resident service requests
• Communicate clearly with residents and teammates
• Partner with the property management team to maintain a clean, efficient, and welcoming environment
• Be available for on-call support around the clock

Requirements: 

• Minimum 2 years of residential maintenance experience
• HVAC and CPO certifications preferred, not required
• On-call availability required
• Dependable team player with strong communication skills
• Values quality, consistency, and craftsmanship

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
