Customer Technical Support Specialist
Location:
Hudson, MA
Hours:
- Monday – Friday
- 8:00am – 5:00pm
Requirements:
- Technical support
- Industrial equipment service
- Electromechanical systems
- HVAC, appliance repair, or maintenance
- Manufacturing support
- Customer service in a technical environment
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment issues via phone and email
- Support customers, distributors, and service technicians
- Process warranty claims and service requests
- Coordinate replacement parts and repairs
- Enter and process customer orders
- Maintain accurate service and customer records
- Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, sales, and customer service teams
Pay Rate:
- $23 – 25 / hour

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
