• Orientation: Monday – Friday 9:00a – 5:00p (MANDATORY)

Responsibilities:

• Perform headcounts and document exact locations of residents every 15 minutes
• Validate consensus counts with outgoing staff before taking the floor, and remain on post until incoming relief is securely positioned
• Manage crisis situations, resolve conflicts, and guide the development of positive habits aligned with individualized service plans
• Administer medical waive/drug testing for residents returning from home visits or AWOL incidents. Fully pass medication and management protocols
• Complete accurate daily logs and operational forms before checking out of shift
• Maintain 24/7 environment structure adhering strictly to DBHDS and DSS state standards

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Age 21 or above
• Bilingual strongly preferred

Compensation:

• $20-25/hr

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
