Qualifications:
- Wellness or related field experience and/or basic knowledge preferred
- CX, Sales, or Refund Resolution background required
- CRM experience required; Salesforce experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency with video conferencing tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.) and basic documentation/tracking systems
- Well spoken and articulate
- Professional on the phone; the role requires phone calls with customers
- Personal commitment to health and wellness
- Flexible availability across standard business hours in multiple time zones
- Available for a minimum of 30 hours of calls per week
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for remote work
- Understands/can function remotely with Zoom/Google Meet
- Salesforce experience
