Overview

Seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Leasing Agent to support a 200-unit senior living community. This role focuses on leasing, resident relations, and maintaining strong occupancy.  Great opportunity to make an impact in a welcoming senior community!

Responsibilities

• Conduct tours and lease apartments
• Manage applications, screenings, and move-ins
• Respond to inquiries and provide excellent customer service
• Track leasing activity and maintain records
• Assist with marketing and community outreach
• Support day-to-day operations and resident needs

Qualifications

• Leasing or customer service experience preferred
• Senior living experience a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Professional, patient, and team-oriented

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
