Location: Stoneham, MA
Hours: Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm

Job Description:

• Support daily HR operations and employee relations.
• Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and HR administration.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Support benefits administration and HR compliance.
• Communicate with Portuguese-speaking employees as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Bilingual in Portuguese and English (required).
• Previous HR or administrative experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
• Interest in growing into an HR Manager role.

Pay Rate:

• $29/ hour

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
