Maintenance Technician

Temp to hire
Schedule: 9am-5pm, M-F on call – 1 week every 3 weeks. 
Pay: $26/hr 

Responsibilities: 

• Light Plumbing such as fixture replacement
• Apartment turnovers: cleaning, minor repairs, painting, etc. 
• Maintain grounds and common areas such as snow removal and landscaping
• Communicate larger maintenance issues to management 
• Conduct routine inspections to identify potential needs and safety issues 
• Basic carpentry repairs and very minor electrical repairs 

Qualifications: 

• 1-3 + years of property maintenance experience 
• Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
• Minor electrical, painting, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry repair experience

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
