Sales Operations Analyst
Location: Danvers, MA
Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

Job Description:

• Process orders, purchase orders, invoicing, and confirmations
• Enter, update, and maintain CRM/ERP data and pipelines
• Support Sales/Marketing with quotes, reporting, and pipeline tracking
• Handle customer accounts, inquiries, complaints, and escalations
• Support customer retention efforts, including cancellation prevention and account “save” activities
• Analyze sales data and prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership
• Maintain CRM data accuracy and resolve discrepancies across systems
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order and account issues
• Support sales operations processes, workflows, and documentation improvements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including key accounts

Job Requirements:

• 2+ years in sales operations, customer support, order processing, or related role
• CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics, Veeva, or similar)
• Strong Excel skills (data entry, reporting, pivot tables, analysis)
• Experience with order processing, data accuracy, and documentation control
• Strong communication skills for customer and internal stakeholder interaction
• Ability to analyze data and present reports/dashboards
• ERP experience preferred (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, and operations teams
• Customer-focused, organized, and dependable

Pay Rate:

• $36/ hour

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
