Detector (Logistics)
Location: Danvers, MA
Hours: Monday – Friday: 8am – 5pm
Position Duties:
- Monitor and track customer orders from receipt through shipment.
- Review order details for accuracy, including quantities, specifications, pricing, and delivery requirements.
- Coordinate with production, purchasing, inventory, and shipping teams to ensure orders remain on schedule.
- Update customers and internal stakeholders on order status, delays, and expected delivery dates.
- Maintain accurate order information within ERP/MRP systems.
- Generate reports on open orders, production status, and delivery performance.
- Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, shortages, and fulfillment issues.
- Assist with prioritizing orders based on customer needs and production capacity.
- Monitor inventory availability and communicate potential material shortages.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance order fulfillment efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed documentation and records related to customer orders and order changes.
Position Responsibilities:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in order management, customer service, manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems, Microsoft Office, and Excel.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of inventory, production, and shipping processes preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while meeting deadlines.
Pay Rate:
- $30/hour
…Pay Statement and Pay Transparency Laws: rate of pay listed is on a per hour basis. You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
