Key Responsibilities & Details
Job description:
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
· 5+ years of accounting/financial leadership experience.
· Must have experience with multi-entity financial management.
· Construction or a similar industry.
· Strong knowledge of job costing and project-based accounting.
· Comfortable with accounting software and Excel.
· Leading all day-to-day accounting tasks—AP/AR, general ledger, job costing, month-end close.
· Preparing clear and accurate financial statements
· Handling intercompany transactions and consolidated reporting.
· Keeping an eye on cash flow, costs, and overall financial health.
· Working side by side with department leaders on budgets and forecasts.
· Making sure we stay compliant with GAAP, taxes, and our internal processes.
