Accounts Receivable Associate
Location: Wallingford, CT

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8-5pm
Type: Temp Assignment (8-12 weeks)
Pay: $27/hr

Summary
Qualified candidates will be responsible for accounts receivable processes, including, but not limited to, billing and collections.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Daily distribution of invoices/credit memos via e-mail or customer portal entry.
Monthly distribution of statements.
Respond to customer inquiries (missed invoices, missed credit memos, etc.).
Maintenance of customer billing instructions.
New customer phone verifications.
Contact customers for overdue payments via calls and/or emails.
Assist with customer maintenance tasks such as creating electronic files, managing credit lines, and reporting on aged receivables.
Charge credit card orders in portal and maintain e-wallet customer information.
Serve as backup for Daily cash receipts entry as needed.

Qualifications/Requirements
2+ years’ experience in A/R preferred.
Proficiency using ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and Microsoft Office products; strong computer skills.
Strong understanding of accounting concepts.
Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task and prioritize.
Strong verbal and written communication skills; daily communications directly with customers.
Willingness to take initiative and the ability to operate independently.

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
