Production Associate ($20/hr)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Secondary Operations Associate to join our manufacturing team. In this entry-level role, you will inspect and finish metal products to ensure they meet customer specifications before moving through the quality process. Full training is provided, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Inspect metal products for proper shape, length, and dimensions using work order specifications.
• Perform grinding and finishing operations to bring products within required tolerances.
• Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and tape measures to verify product accuracy.
• Prepare completed parts for Quality Assurance inspection.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• No prior manufacturing experience required—paid training provided.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable using hand tools, grinders, and measuring instruments.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout an entire shift.
