Hearing Aid Sales Consultant (Manchester, CT)

Base 1 (without Hearing Aid Specialist License): $55,000 + commission
Base 2 (with Hearing Aid Specialist License): $60,000 + commission

Will train and help provide license!

Key Responsibilities

Conduct patient consultations and hearing assessments using provided testing technology
Interpret audiogram results and educate patients on hearing loss and treatment options
Deliver consultative, relationship-based sales presentations for hearing solutions
Follow up with warm leads and re-engage potential patients to drive appointments
Maintain accurate patient records and manage pipeline activity in CRM systems
Provide outstanding customer service to an elderly and hearing-impaired population
Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a seamless patient experience
Participate in local outreach efforts, including health fairs and community events

Qualifications

Strong consultative sales or customer-facing experience required
Tech-savvy with ability to learn and use CRM and diagnostic software
Excellent communication, empathy, and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working in a performance-driven, commission-based environment
Hearing Aid Specialist License preferred (training provided for unlicensed candidates)
Paid training and support to obtain licensure (if not already licensed)
…Pay Statement and Pay Transparency Laws: rate of pay listed is on a per hour basis. You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
