Patient Service Advisor
(Full-time, Temp-to-Hire)
Fairhaven, MA
Hours:
- Monday – Friday 8:30a – 5:00pm
- 40 hours per week
- Orientation Dates: 7/27, 8/10, 8/24
Responsibilities:
- Manage 75–100 incoming calls daily, ensuring prompt and helpful patient service
- Coordinate patient registration and schedule appointments across the network.
- Input medical orders and prescriptions for physician review and approval.
- Record detailed notes of all patient phone interactions in the system
- Handle electronic faxes and process release-of-information requests securely
- Deliver test results to patients and guide them to appropriate network services
- Act as a liaison between physician offices and other departments to streamline patient care
Qualifications:
- Four years high school completion (or equivalent)
- Strong computer skills (35 WPM)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to listen and document required
Compensation:
- $20-22/hr
…Pay Statement and Pay Transparency Laws: rate of pay listed is on a per hour basis. You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
