Hours:

• Monday – Friday: 8:00a – 5:00p

Responsibilities:

• Prepare patients for exams and assist physicians and mid-level practitioners with procedures
• Take and record patient vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, respiration) and document an accurate chief complaint and brief medical history
• Administer treatments and injectable medications under the direction of an onsite practitioner and manage immunizations and maintain up-to-date immunization records
• Coordinate patient appointments and schedule referrals for diagnostic tests and specialized treatments with appropriate physicians
• Accurately complete all necessary paperwork and update Electronic Health Records (EHR) in a timely manner
• Sterilize medical instruments and equipment according to safety protocols
• Communicate effectively and compassionately with patients and staff, ensuring every patient is treated with dignity, professionalism, and respect

Qualifications:

• Medical Assisting experience (1+ year)
• EMR experience (Athena preferred)
• BLS/CPR certification

Compensation:

• $20-22/hr

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
