NEED CHILLERS EXPERIENCE
Job description:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on centrifugal chillers, cooling towers, AHU’s, compressors, and VAV’s.
- Respond to tenant requests.
- Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues.
- Provide 24/7 on-call coverage for all emergencies (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, etc.).
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and inventory control
- Perform preventative maintenance.
- Working knowledge of Siemens Apogee EMS.
- Working knowledge of centrifugal chillers (TRANE and Carrier).
- Working knowledge of Cleaver-Brooks gas fired boilers.
- Have knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, general maintenance, cooling towers, AHU’s, and VAV distribution.
- Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment.
- Problem solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Have good conversation skills.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Must have 2 or more years’ experience in the field.
- Must have valid driver’s license.
