Hours:

• Monday – Friday | 7:00a – 5:00p

Responsibilities:

• Escorting patients, recording vital signs and diagnostic measurements (e.g., blood pressure, EKG, phlebotomy, pulse oximetry), and assisting providers with clinical procedures
• Accurately documenting patient history, medications, and records in Epic, handling record transfers and abstraction, and routinely managing the Epic in-basket
• Managing incoming and outgoing calls, communicating pertinent information, greeting visitors, and handling scheduling and document scanning
• Sanitizing exam rooms, cleans and sterilizing equipment between visits, and performing routine maintenance on clinical instruments
• Adhere to HIPAA, OSHA, CLIA, and coding guidelines while maintaining up-to-date practice standards

Qualifications:

• Medical Assisting diploma
• Medical assisting experience (1+ years)
• Phlebotomy, EKG, and POCT proficiency
• Primary care experience preferred
• Flexible to move around different offices in one building

Compensation:

• $20-24/hr

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
