Hours:

• 9:00a – 5:00p OR 9:00a – 6:00p

Responsibilities:

• Administer allergy skin testing, allergy injections, nebulizer treatments, sinus echos, and spirometry tests following established clinical protocols
• Prepare patients for examinations, accurately take and record vital signs, and provide clear instructions regarding treatments, medications, and preventive care
• Maintain, update, and safeguard precise patient health records in the electronic health system in full compliance with healthcare privacy regulations
• Clean, sanitize, and stock exam rooms before and after appointments while maintaining aseptic techniques and universal precautions
• Manage daily office opening and closing procedures, handle patient phone inquiries, and travel to alternate office locations when necessary
• Stand for extended periods, assist with moving medical equipment, and deliver an empathetic, efficient patient experience

Qualifications:

• Must be willing travel to other offices as needed
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• National Medical Assistant certification
• CPR or BLS certification
• Medical assisting experience (3+ years)
• Prior experience in allergy or ENT
• Bilingual preferred

Compensation:

• $20-25/hr

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
