Wellesley, MA 02482 (Hybrid – ideally 3 days per week in office, some flexibility)
Salary:
$85,000-$105,000
Book of Business details:
Number of clients: Roughly 200
Premiums: Roughly $2,000,000
Clients/Types of policies: Construction, schools, non-profits, restaurants as well as unique specialty industries, manufacturers and tech professionals that need E&O, Cyber, Foreign Liability etc.
Commercial Lines Account Manager – Middle Market
Job Description:
Looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our talented Commercial Lines team in our Wellesley, MA location. The selected employee will service assigned middle market commercial insurance accounts.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Work to be the client’s trusted advisor.
- Review and analyze commercial accounts for coverage, limits, etc., and make appropriate recommendations to clients.
- Gather information from clients and prepare applications for submission to the Marketing Department regarding new and/or renewal coverage.
- Prepare client proposals based on client’s needs, rates and coverages.
- Prepare all transactions for assigned accounts, i.e. applications, certificates of insurance, invoices, forms.
- Nurture strong relationships with clients and insurance carrier representatives.
- Attend client renewal meetings with producers.
Qualifications:
- Experience in commercial insurance – middle market accounts.
- Thorough knowledge of commercial lines coverages and markets.
- MA Property & Casualty license.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
