Hours:

• Friday: 8:00a – 5:00p
• Saturday: 9:00a – 5:00p

Responsibilities:

• Welcome patients and visitors professionally in person and by phone.
• Schedule patients while maintaining provider flow and patient satisfaction.
• Manage front desk operations including check-in, check-out, phones, and paperwork.
• Retrieve, update, and maintain accurate patient records.
• Support patient intake and ensure documentation is completed correctly.
• Collect patient payments and verify financial information.
• Communicate patient arrivals and scheduling updates with the care team.
• Maintain the front office, waiting area, and office supplies.
• Assist with patient flow and support the team wherever needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Chiropractic office experience ( 1+ years)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

Compensation:

• $18-20/hr

…Pay Statement and Pay Transparency Laws: rate of pay listed is on a per hour basis. You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
