• Shift: 6:00/7:00 AM start (varies by location), 8-hour shift
• Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
• Location: Tewksbury, Quincy, or Waltham, MA — candidate’s choice
• Start Date: ASAP

Complete Staffing Solutions is working with a Massachusetts-based structural steel fabricator specializing in metal stairs, railings, and building envelope panel systems, to fill 3 Field Installer positions. This is an immediate 2-month assignment with strong potential to convert to a permanent role.

Position Summary
The Field Installer will be responsible for the layout, measuring, cutting, and installation of metal panel systems as part of building envelope construction. This role requires hands-on field work and close attention to specifications and measurements. Tools provided.

What You’ll Do

• Perform metal panel layout, measuring, and cutting
• Install building envelope/metal panel systems per project specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints and installation drawings
• Follow all jobsite safety protocols
• Coordinate with crew lead and other trades on site
• Maintain tools and equipment

Requirements

• OSHA-10 certification required
• MEWP (Mobile Elevating Work Platform) certification required
• Construction or metal fabrication experience required
• Prior experience with metal panel installation, layout, cutting, and measuring
• Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
• Reliable transportation to job site
• Ability to lift and carry materials as needed
• Reliable and punctual

…Pay Statement and Pay Transparency Laws: rate of pay listed is on a per hour basis. You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
