Key Responsibilities

Shipping & Receiving

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Verify product information, including serial numbers and shipping documents.
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items.
• Prepare, pack, and ship outbound orders.
• Coordinate urgent shipments when needed.
• Provide tracking information to team members and customers.

Warehouse Operations

• Pull and pack materials for customer orders.
• Organize inventory and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Keep accurate shipping and inventory records.
• Assist with inventory counts and audits.
• Report shipping, inventory, or operational issues promptly.
• Help move materials and equipment throughout the warehouse.

Safety & Compliance

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Follow company policies and safety procedures.
• Complete required training and certifications.
• Properly dispose of packaging materials and warehouse waste.
• Follow safety requirements when handling specialized equipment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, or logistics experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems.
• Experience with medical devices or technical equipment is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull packages and equipment safely.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the workday.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment and material-handling devices as needed.

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
