Outpatient Clinician

Outpatient Clinician – Malden, MA

Growing behavioral health nonprofit is seeking a full-time Outpatient Clinician to join their team in the Malden, MA area.

Compensation

• $62k for unlicensed (license eligible), OR $64k for licensed
• Caseload: 35-40 clients

Schedule / Location

• Monday through Friday, day-time and evening hours (hours may vary to accommodate client schedules), 40 hours per week
• On-site to start; eligible to apply for up to 2 remote days per week after completing the 6-month new hire probationary period, remaining in good standing, and meeting productivity requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services to an assigned caseload, including individual, family, and group therapy
• Conduct CANS, comprehensive assessments, and treatment plans according to timeframe specifications
• Document and maintain client progress in the agency EHR system
• Produce reports and documentation for third party billing and licensing/accreditation requirements
• Provide crisis intervention as needed
• Maintain regular communication with collaterals regarding client treatment
• Attend clinical rounds, treatment planning meetings, and trainings as assigned

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field
• Eligible for LICSW, LMHC, or other clinical license
• Familiar with trauma informed care
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Approved background checks (CORI, DCF, and driving)
