Community Manager

Temp Assignment 
Schedule: Monday–Friday, full-time
Pay: $25/hr 

We are seeking an experienced Community Manager to oversee a 80-unit affordable senior housing community. The ideal candidate will have strong property management and resident relations experience, preferably within affordable housing or senior living.
Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the community
• Serve as the primary point of contact for residents
• Handle leasing, applications, renewals, and resident paperwork
• Maintain compliance with affordable housing/HUD requirements
• Coordinate work orders, maintenance, and vendors
• Collect rent and follow up on outstanding balances
• Maintain accurate property and resident records
• Conduct inspections and ensure the property is well maintained
• Build positive relationships with residents and the surrounding community
• Communicate with ownership, vendors, and housing agencies as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous property management or community management experience
• Affordable housing/HUD experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable working with a senior resident population
• Ability to handle multiple priorities independently
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and affordable housing regulations a plus

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
