Apartment Maintenance Manager

We have partnered with a local property management company who is looking for a Maintenance manager for a 340 unit Class A property near King of Prussia.
The Manager will oversee a team of 5, handle all vendor relations, purchasing materials, scheduling work orders and turnovers, and handle the department’s budget. The Manager is responsible for work orders, this is a hands-on position!
Pay is in the $37/hour range (80-90k with OT) and a schedule of 8am – 5pm Mon-Fri.
Needs to have a CFC certificate and strong HVAC/Boiler background.
5+ years of direct Management experience for a large property is necessary.

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
