Hours: Monday- Friday   8:00 AM – 4 PM

Requirements: 
 

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
• Must have your own car
• Must have experience with light plumbing and painting
• Must be ok with being on call for snow removal as needed

Responsibilities:
 

• Basic carpentry repairs and very minor electrical repairs 
• Light Plumbing (such as fixture replacement)
• Maintain grounds and common areas such as snow removal and landscaping
• Perform on-call activity during off-hours and emergencies based on a pre-determined schedule.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify potential needs and safety issues

Pay Rate:

• $24 /hr

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
