Temp to Hire
Schedule: Hours: 7am-3:30pm 
Location: North Attleboro, MA 
Pay: $26-28/hr 

Responsibilities: 

• Welding and fabricating metal components and assemblies.

• Performing MIG and TIG welding, with other welding processes potentially used depending on the job.

• Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and fabrication specifications.

• Measuring, cutting, fitting, and preparing metal parts before welding.

• Using fabrication equipment such as saws, brakes, punches, rollers, and related shop machinery.

• Inspecting completed welds and fabricated parts for quality, dimensions, and proper fit.

• Working with materials such as steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.

• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work area.

• Following company quality and production requirements.

Working on both individual/custom jobs and production-type fabrication.

• 3-5 Years Experience
• Must be able to read and understand Blue Prints and welding symbols
• Must be able to MIG and TIG steel, stainless, and aluminum

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
