Location: Lorain, OH
Pay: $18/hr
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:30AM – 5PM
30-minute unpaid break

Requirements: 

• Minimum 1-2 years of janitorial, landscaping, general labor, and/or groundskeeping experience
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities:

• Daily cleaning of all common areas (dust, sweep, wet mop, vacuum, empty garbage)
• Report all notable concerns, such as vandalism, missing light bulbs or fixtures, missing smoke detectors, extinguishers in the common areas to the Maintenance Supervisor
• Daily removal of trash and properly discard litter and debris from interior common areas and assists the team with exterior ground maintenance

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
