Leasing Consultant
Location: Leominster, MA
Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-2pm (flexible)
Pay Rate: $24/hour
Role Description
- Lease vacant and upcoming apartment homes
- Conduct apartment tours and follow up with prospective residents
- Assist with property marketing and lead generation
- Build strong relationships with current and prospective residents
- Support resident retention and renewal efforts
- Process applications and assist with lease and move-in paperwork
- Maintain accurate leasing and resident records
- Assist with resident events, outreach, and community activities
- Work closely with the Property Manager and onsite team
- Assist with daily administrative and property operations
Qualifications
- Previous leasing, property management, sales, or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and customer-focused attitude
- Strong organization and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable conducting tours and following up with leads
- Ability to work effectively with residents, prospects, and onsite teams
- Knowledge of Fair Housing guidelines is a plus
- Interest in growing within the multifamily industry and advancing toward an Assistant Property Manager role
…Pay Statement and Pay Transparency Laws: rate of pay listed is on a per hour basis. You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
