Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Adult Medicine (Hartford, CT)
An outpatient practice in the Hartford, CT area is hiring a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its Adult Medicine team.
About the Role
You’ll provide comprehensive primary care to an adult patient population in a collaborative, team-based outpatient setting. This is a hands-on clinical role focused on delivering high-quality care to a diverse patient base.
Schedule
- Monday-Thursday, 8:00am-5:30pm
- Friday, 9:30am-5:00pm
- Closed daily for lunch (12:00pm-1:00pm)
- Full-time, on-site
Compensation & Benefits
- $135,000-$160,000 annually
- Loan repayment program eligibility

What We’re Looking For
- Active Connecticut NP or PA license
- Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program
- DEA and state narcotic registration (or eligibility to obtain)
- Clinical experience as an NP or PA; 8+ years preferred
- Background in internal medicine, family medicine, primary care, urgent care, or outpatient adult care a plus
- Comfort with EHR systems and strong clinical documentation skills
