Hours:
1^st Shift: 7:00a – 3:00p / 9:00a – 3:00p
2^nd Shift: 3:00p – 11:00p / 3:00p – 9:00p
3^rd Shift: 11:00p – 7:00a
1^st & 2^nd: 9:00a – 9:00p

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility (including heavy lifting and transfers).
• Keep the home clean and organized by cooking nutritious meals, grocery shopping, doing laundry, and handling general housekeeping.
• Drive residents to fun activities, events, and family visits, while acting as a positive role model and advocate for their independence
• Safely administer medications, remain awake and alert on shifts, and handle emergencies or behavioral crises using approved safety techniques
• Complete mandatory paperwork each shift, including daily progress notes, behavioral logs, and financial tracking
• Keep up with certifications (like CPR/First Aid and medication training), attend staff meetings, and follow strict shift attendance and call-out rules

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver’s License
• CPR Certification
• Communication and multi-tasking skills

Compensation:

• $21.50/hr

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
